Encore Current Projects
California High-Speed Rail Phase 1. On behalf of Zachry Construction, Encore Group prepared the proposal schedule for the Zachry joint venture, which secured the project. The project value is approximately $1 billion.
US290 Corridor Widening Segment 4. On behalf of OHL Texas, Encore Group prepared the construction schedules, weekly and monthly updates, and time impact analyses.
US290 Corridor Widening Segment 5. On behalf of Tradeco, Encore Group prepared the construction schedules, weekly and monthly updates, and time impact analyses.
Ohio River Crossing. On behalf of Zachry Construction, Encore Group prepared the proposal schedule for the Zachry joint venture. The project value is approximately $1 billion.
El Paso Loop 375 On behalf of Zachry Construction, Encore Group prepared the proposal schedule for the Zachry joint venture.
I-10 Corridor San Antonio . On behalf of Webber Construction, Encore Group prepared the construction schedules, weekly and monthly updates, and time impact analyses for the Webber project.
Angelina Projects. On behalf of Webber Construction, Encore Group prepared a resource analyses and balancing study for the Webber project.
Gooseberry Seven-Mile Road Project. On behalf of Meadow Valley Contractors, a general contractor in a dispute with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Encore Group prepared and presented a full delay report detailing delay events including unforeseen site conditions, bridge delays, and other delays. He used the Adjusted As-Built Analysis method to justify time extensions and extended general conditions. The dispute was successfully settled in mediation.
US Department of Energy . On behalf of USDOE, Encore Group has prepared CPM Schedules and prepared delay analysis several multi-billion dollar energy programs, including the Next Generation Nuclear Facility Program.
McCarran International Airport. On behalf of general contractors, Encore Group has prepared CPM Schedules and prepared delay analysis on over 25 projects, including runways, taxiways, apron expansions, new terminals, terminal remodels, baggage handling systems, ticket and baggage handling expansions.
Meadows Field Terminal. On behalf of a general contractor in a dispute with the Airport owner, Encore Group prepared and presented on a full delay report detailing delay events including design and other conflict delays. He used the Contemporaneous Time-Frame Analysis method to justify damages caused by delay and extended general conditions. The dispute was successfully resolved by Mediation.
HOTELS AND CASINOS
The Quad . On behalf of W. A. Richardson, Encore Group prepared a CPM baseline schedule and established the updating process for this 1100 room casino and high-rise hotel renovation.
SPORTS ARENAS AND STADIUMS
Ole Miss Sports Arena. On behalf of Innovative Construction Management, Encore Group prepared a CPM baseline schedule as a constructability review for a new state of the art arena.
Clark County Real Property Management. On behalf of CCRPM Encore Group prepared a constructivity review, and is reviewing the design-build contractors construction schedule.
The Village at Ocotillo. On behalf of a Summit Builders, a general contractor in a dispute with the Framing Subcontractor, Encore Group prepared and was deposed on a full delay report detailing delay events including production delays and other delays. He used the Adjusted As-Built and Adjusted As-planned Analysis method to justify damages caused by delay and extended general conditions. The dispute was successfully resolved by Negotiation.

Software Installation Services
Oracle Primavera applications are powerful and highly configurable. Encore Group IT specialists are installation experts with years of experience. By engaging Encore, your installation will be completed quickly and correctly the first time. We highly recommend this service to begin the return on your investment right away. Encore installations can also be supported by a Support Agreement (see below) to further ensure your ongoing satisfaction with Primavera. Software can also be downloaded from Oracle’s e-delivery site or installed on premise using hard copy media.

Encore Group recommends the purchase of Oracle Support with each software license. Oracle Support provides a web portal, MyOracleSupport, to submit a ticket and access installation guides. Purchase of Oracle Support also keeps the associated license eligible for future updates, patches, and major product releases as Oracle continues to develop the product. Oracle Support does not include actual labor to correct issues or install updates and patches.
