Encore Group employees recently attended the 2019 Construction Scheduling & Claims Conference hosted this year in Lake Las Vegas, Nevada. Everyone in attendance participated in software training, business development seminars, and team building exercises. Our annual gathering provided a unique experience for our team members from different offices and departments to come together as a group to learn from one another, and from our senior leadership team. There was an emphasis on collaboration over the course of the conference, which included fun group events as well as larger-scale activities focused on determining ways to maximize our roles and better assist our projects/clients. A highlight from the weekend was an Escape Room team building exercise, where teams worked together to uncover clues and solve challenging puzzles in order to successfully “escape” the room. We look forward to applying these lessons learned to continue strengthening our client relationships. Encore Group continues to stay committed to our projects and clients’ success.
